9、关理论 与技术方法，通过定性的系统分析，论述信息化与新经济条件下现代工业工程对企业行 政管理的影响，从工业工程学科的视角进一步探讨行政管理以人为本，注重系统性与柔 性的特征，并提出了基于现代工业工程的行政管理方案。随着工业工程(IndUStrial Engineering, IE)与企业行政管理的迅猛进展，基于 工业工程的现场改善理论已趋于完善与成熟，并形成了一定的体系。现场改善理论在减 少浪费、降低成本、提高工作与生产效率、提升产品与工作质量等方面已取得了卓著的 成效。然而，目前现场改善理论大多应用于企业生产制造的第一现场，较少运用到企业 行政管理区域。本文论述了对行政管理进行现场改善理论的

10、应用研究过程，通过5S现场理论、人因 工程学、5W2H、ECRS,流程再造与鱼骨分析法等理论与技术的应用实施，设计了行政管 理现场改善模型，并通过实证研究的有力分析论证了现场改善对行政管理在减少浪费、 降低成本、提高工作效率、增强企业综合竞争力方面所发挥的重要作用。关键词：工业工程，企业行政管理，5S现场管理，现场改善，人因工程学ABSTRACTThe paper summarizes the characteristics of industrial engineering and its development trend, describing the roles of enterpri

11、ses administrative management in industrial engineering disciplines. Based on the industrial engineering, lean production and related theory, utilizing relevant theories and technique of improvement of field to analyze the influence of modern industrial engineering under informatization and new econ

12、omic conditions on the administrative management. From the perspective of industrial engineering disciplines to explore further the administrative management people-oriented, focusing on systematic and flexible features, and made the administration based on modern industrial engineering program.As t

13、he development of industrial engineering and business administrative management, the spot improvement theory based on industrial engineering improve the perfection and form its system. The improvement of spot improvement theory shows the results of waste reducing, cost reduction, effective improveme

14、nt, improvement in product quality. However, the spot improvement theory at present is used in the first site of manufacture, seldom used in Enterprise administrative management.In this paper, the application research process of administrative management used in spot improvement theory is discussed,
